Know Agenda Consulting (KAC) provides consulting services in the public service areas of organizational strategy, grant writing, project management, and campaigns to non-profit organizations, government institutions, and private organizations.

KAC seeks to approach public service consulting in partnership with organizations, groups, and institutions – with a human rights and values based perspective that encapsulates the concept of Collaborative Governance (CG). When utilizing a CG process, KAC believes that it is important for key stakeholders in a public process (e.g. government, community, private) to convene with intentionality in an effort to achieve a particular collective objective or goal. KAC believes that the distinction between Collaborative Governance and other types of stakeholder processes is that the interests and specific lenses of each stakeholder group, community or entity are honored and addressed within the CG process, yet those interests and lenses do not dominate the process and outcome on behalf of only certain stakeholders. Consequently, from KAC’s perspective, what is in the best interest of the collective has the potential to ideally be achieved at the conclusion of the process, where each stakeholder is invested in and experiences benefit from - the achieved outcome.
